My name is Mercy Akola, founder of Mercy Bookkeeping, your passionate bookkeeping support and expert. With more than 7 years of Bookkeeping experience, and more than 14 years of attaining and utilizing general Accounting standard knowledge, I combine my love for math, people and solving, to bring you the best most streamlined experience when you hire me for your bookkeeping solutions.

Born in Uganda, my Dad always loved to teach me math, a love I shared with him, especially in solving difficult math problems. It always made him smile when I passed a math problem he was teaching me - and over the years, my Dad has been my greatest support, model and cheer leader in academics, in life and in faith. Not only do we now both love God and seek to honor him in all that we do, but through Him we love people and we work hard while seeking to help people.

Throughout school I enjoyed to share my love for math by tutoring classmates and friends. As an adult have also tutored mathematics and other subjects to all age groups, and worked for many small, medium and large companies as as Accounting Specialist
Bookkeeping is one of the ways I get to support small and beginning businesses perform well, lifting their burden from a very important aspect of the business, while relieving their stress and saving time!
